This notice explains how Talk Today AG ("we") handles personal data. We aim to comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Newsletter: the email address you provide, used only to send the updates you asked for.
• Contact form: your name, email, and message, used only to reply to you.
• Server logs: standard technical data (IP address, browser, timestamp) kept briefly for security and to keep the site running.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiries, to send communications you have consented to, and to operate and secure the website. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for profiling.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose above, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.

Processors

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and send email (for example, hosting and email-delivery services). They process data on our instructions only. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@talktoday.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
